ADMA Partners is an independent financial advisory company that helps companies, groups, families, public institutions and investment funds with extraordinary financial transactions: mergers & acquisitions, debt advisory and restructuring, transactions on capital markets (IPO, delisting, issue of mini-bonds, etc.).
The company was established by professionals with several decades experience in the M&A, risk capital collection, corporate finance and company management sectors.

ADMA Partners is a member of AIFI
AIFI, Italian Association of Private Equity, Venture Capital and Private Debt, was set up in May 1986. It is recognised internationally for its institutional representative and promotion activities for private equity, venture capital and private debt in Italy.
AIFI groups together financial institutions that stably and professionally make investments in non–listed companies, with active involvement in their growth and offering flexible, adaptable debt instruments based on single company needs.
In over 15 years experience, ADMA partners have matured in-depth knowledge of the market and skills to organise and perform an ample range of transactions.
After graduating in Company Management from Bologna University, Chiara worked for IMAP where she acquired M&A and cross-border transaction experience. Following that, after an experience in consultancy where she developed and managed the restructuring & debt advisory division, and a Master in Corporate Finance & Banking from the SDA Bocconi School of Management, she founded her financial advisory company.
After a degree in Accounting, Financial Management and Control from Luigi Bocconi University, Gianluca worked in KPMG and in an investment company focussed on turnaround, Camelot, where he acquired considerable experience in the private capital, restructuring, and especially M&A sectors. He launched his M&A activities in 2009 following that experience.

Specific know how in the transfer to Financial Investors (Private Equity), MBO and MBI, Leverage transactions, Management Buy-out / Buy-in, Buy & Build.
Assistance with preparing business plans and with financial planning. Set-up, implementation, management and monitoring of reporting systems, and support with economic and financial analysis.
Strategic consultancy services for defining the structures of companies and groups.
Assistance with structuring and organisation projects, and to obtain resources from debt securities supporting company growth (bonds, mini-bonds, convertible bonded loans, securitisations, trade union loans) with banks and/or national and international funds.
Advisory in financial stress situations due excessive indebtedness which could also require actions to rebalance the capital structure.
Support with finding risk capital from institutional investors, family office and business angels for start-ups and scale-ups.
Guidance through all the preparatory stages of listing: feasibility studies, preparation of operational business plans, of the equity story, assistance in choosing the global coordinator, drafting the information prospectus and coordinating the team involved in the transaction.
Specific know how in assessing companies, branches, trademarks and patents, warrants, other derivative financial instruments, and in fairness opinions and impairment tests.
